Mr. Morales is Senior Client Partner and Managing Director of Korn/Ferry International’s Monterrey office since April 2006.

Mr. Morales brought with him to Korn/Ferry  more than 10 years of CEO experience and more than 20 years of sales and business development experience.
Before joining Korn/Ferry he was International Director for Lucas,  a division of Mars,  Inc.,  where he managed  and developed projects in USA, Eastern Europe, Asia, Australia, The Caribbean and Latin America. 

Mr. Morales founded and led a computer and networking company during which time he was named by Compaq Computers as “Best Business Partner” in Latin America and was also awarded the “Best Dealer Award”.
Mr. Morales is a member of  the Advisory Boards of a leading mexican construction company and a pharmaceutical company.
Having studied and lived in the US for five years, he is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and  has attended  several executive business programs in Harvard, MIT, Wharton, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon,   among others.

Mr. Llaguno is Managing Partner of Korn/Ferry International's Monterrey office since its opening in 1977 and has been instrumental in introducing professional executive recruitment services to the northeastern Mexico business community.
Mr. Llaguno brought with him to Korn/Ferry 12 years' extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of finance and corporate debt negotiations gained in Nylon de Mexico, S.A., a Monterrey-based synthetic fibers company associated with Du Pont.

Mr. Llaguno has been a member of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives since 1972 and an active participant on the

Board of Directors of the northeastern division of the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico, A.C. since 1980. He was also chairman of Demac, a nationwide organization dedicated to promoting new business development. He is a founding and active member of FOMCEC, an innovative, non-profit organization dedicated to increasing environmental awareness in Mexico.
Mr. Llaguno is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received a BS in industrial management. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD, the European Institute of Business Administration in Fontainebleau, France.

Aurora Leal, currently a Senior Client Partner in Korn/Ferry International’s Monterrey Office, holds a Business Administration Degree from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, the most prestigious University in Mexico, and also completed IPADE's Advanced Management Program last year

position of Sales Manager for the North Region of Mexico. Finally, she worked as Sales Manager for Avantel, an important joint venture between MCI and Banamex, experiencing and contributing to the breakdown of the long distance telecommunications monopoly in Mexico. Later on she occupied the position of Operators Department Manager in the same successful company. In her almost ten years trajectory with Korn/Ferry International has provided her with continual up-to-date training and the opportunity to participate in courses, both in Mexico and internationally.

Mr. Pacheco is Senior Client Partner in Korn/Ferry International's Monterrey Office since January of 2000.
He has worked for important companies in Monterrey, such as Femsa and Pepsico and he had already worked in Korn/ Ferry International for 8 years from 1980 – 1988.
He has over 28 years of professional experience , 18 of them working in the area of executive search, supporting important multinational and national corporations and successfully performing several tasks in Mexico and Central America.

For 5 years, he was an Associate and General Manager of a self own business. Afterwards, he worked for 7 years in another international search firm.
He is a graduate of the Monterrey Tech ( Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey) where he holds a BS in Chemical Engineering. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
